The program

Richwood Industries sends text messages to people who opt in through a form on this website. Messages cover your inquiry, quote, sample test, or machine reservation, plus related updates and occasional offers from Richwood Industries. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form and submitting it with your phone number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

When you opt in, we may send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our conversation. We keep it relevant. No message blasts.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, according to your wireless plan. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any of our messages. After you send STOP, we will send one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE, and you can opt out by emailing sales@richwoodindustries.com or calling 626.800.2394. If you want to join again, just opt in through a form as you did the first time.
