Stainless steel barrels support the strict quality requirements of dental, medical, aerospace, electronics, and defense manufacturing. Their stainless steel construction allows long-term use of low-pH compounds.
Customize your CV8-600 with 1/4 cu ft barrels, 1/8 cu ft barrels, or a mix of both sizes. You are not limited to an all-small or all-large barrel package.
Additional barrels: $500 each
Four 1/4 cu ft barrels and eight 1/8 cu ft barrels are example packages, not the only choices. Tell us your preferred mix when requesting a quote.

Replaceable, adjustable eccentric collars
The CV8-600 eccentric collar system lets the operator control lid-to-barrel sealing pressure. Adjust the collars by loosening and tightening the two set screws on each side of the collars.
1/4 cu ft barrels. Two lining options.
The CV8-600 offers 1/4 cu ft barrels with rubber lining or replaceable polyurethane lining.

High-load transfer gears. Easy-access greasing.
Nylon molybdenum transfer gears
The black transfer gears are made of nylon molybdenum, designed to handle high loads and to shear in the event of a catastrophic failure.
Easy-access grease port system
The grease port system provides convenient access for routine greasing maintenance. The ports and connected orange grease lines are visible at the upper left of the photo.
Protective turret sealer coating
The turret assembly has a sealer coating to help protect it from debris and corrosion.
