Information you give us. When you use our contact, sample test, or customize forms, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about your parts and project.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, quote request, sample test, or machine reservation.
• To follow up with you by phone, email, or, only with your separate consent, by text message.
• To understand how the website is used and to improve it.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, Richwood Industries will send you text messages about your inquiry, quote, machine reservation, and related updates and offers at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We only use information you provide through the messaging program to send your messages and respond to you. This includes sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages, and nothing more. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We keep a record of your opt-in (the date, time, form, and consent language) so we can prove and honor your choices. We process opt-outs promptly, and in all cases within ten business days.

Who we share information with

We use a small set of service providers to run the website and respond to inquiries. They process your information for us and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing:

• FormSubmit relays form submissions to our email.
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) is our customer relationship system. It stores your inquiry and sends our replies and confirmations.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Google provides our analytics and advertising tools, described below.

We may also disclose information when required to satisfy a law, regulation, or valid governmental request, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use them to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. We use Google Ads, including remarketing and conversion tracking, to advertise our machines online. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on websites and apps across the Internet. These vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your past visits to this website. For example, if you view one of our finishing machines, you may later see an ad for it on another site. We also measure when a visit to our site leads to a contact request so we can tell which ads work.

Your choices and opt-outs

• Opt out of many vendors' personalized ads at aboutads.info/choices or optout.networkadvertising.org.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on linked above.
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
• Ask us to delete information you submitted through our forms by emailing sales@richwoodindustries.com. We respond within 30 days.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for honoring it, so this site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. The opt-outs above work regardless of that setting.

Data retention

We keep inquiry details for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you. We keep text messaging consent and opt-out records for at least five years, as required for compliance.

Children

This site sells industrial equipment to businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes get a notice on this page for 30 days.
