RP 1000(Standard)
Super fast cut. Consists of coarse abrasives and polyester resin. Recommended for fast burr removal and large Radii. Has no aluminum oxide, so there is no impregnation of long-running parts. RMS finish of about 14-18 is produced.
Brown Color - Weight 60#/cu.ft.

RP 1050 (Standard)
Fast cutting, moderate wearing media blends together quartz abrasive and polyester media. An RMS finish of 10-14 is left on most parts. The fast cutting is excellent for deburring and surface removal on all metals when light color and a good finish is required.
Red Color - Weight 60#/cu.ft.

RP 2000 - Nos. 70-71 (Standard)
Industry standard, special blends of silica abrasives, good cut and wear. Produces a galvanized style finish suitable for plating as the RMS finishes are in the 6-10 range.
Lt. Green Color - Weight 60#/cu.ft.
No. 70 - Quartz abrasive. Combines fast metal removal with good media life.
Leaves good surface for plating.
Forest Green Color - Weight 55#/cu.ft.

RP 2050 - No. 73 (Standard)
About 5% less cut than #2000, but about 12% longer life. Produces RMS finishes in the 6-10 range. With proper compound, can produce decorative plating surfaces.
Tan Color - Weight 54#/cu.ft.
No. 73 - Blend of imported quartz abrasives. Light metal removal.
Outstanding media life. Surface good for decorative plating.
Blue Color - Weight 52#/cu.ft.

Blend of fine Zircon abrasives, fast metal removal with very long life. The most effective media on the market. LOW FOAMING MEDIA that produces a finish about 5-8 RMS.

H-20 (Heavyweight)
Blend of coarse and fine Zircon abrasives. Cuts faster than H-10. Life is acceptable. Produces RMS of about 9-14. LOW FOAMING MEDIA.
Pastel Blue Color - Weight 85#/cu.ft.

H-30 (Heavyweight)
Coarse Zircon abrasives. Low foaming but fast cutting media. Designed for metal removal. Matt Finish will be in the 12-18 RMS range. LOW FOAMING MEDIA.

H-40 (Heavyweight)
Blend of coarse zircon abrasives. Fastest cutting and shortest life of all formulations. Recommended for large radii and metal removal aluminum.
